I, Albert Spark, agree to give up Romania to the Swiss. I have seen my failures and seen how mighty the Swiss are. I wish to surrender Romania to Switzerland as a Super-Alliance. I hope to serve Switzerland as being Minister of Welfare, and the King of Romanian Territory. I hope I can serve Switzerland to my fullest of ablitlies and that I will be able to succeed. I hope we can bind together and achieve our goals for greater good.
